It\u2019s what they stop training.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Strength, balance, and coordination don\u2019t disappear because of birthdays.<br \/>\nThey fade when the body stops being asked to use them.<\/p>\n<p>Walking is great. Stretching helps.<br \/>\nBut neither teaches your body how to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Catch itself when you trip<\/li>\n<li>Get up from the floor confidently<\/li>\n<li>Carry, reach, twist, and stabilize under real-life demands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So the body adapts by doing less.<br \/>\nAnd eventually, that feels like decline.<\/p>\n<p>The good news?<br \/>\nThat process is reversible.<\/p>\n<p>When people start training the things they quietly gave up on\u2014balance, strength, control, confidence\u2014their body responds. Not overnight. Not magically.
